pancakes make people happy

Since Gracie loves to make the batter but only occasionally wants to actually eat the pancakes, I have been eating them for breakfast and spicing them up with whatever I happen to have around the house. Thus far the pancakes have involved, on separate occasions -

raspberries
blueberries
dried apples
sweet potato
strawberry preserves

Sunday, Christina is coming over and we will begin to explore the Pumpkin side of things - though it might be that stuffed pumpkin French toast I made last year.

Possibly post-Halloween...I don't keep chocolate in the house. Never really been a fan of chocolate chip pancakes anyway, I'm more into the fruit. But when there happens to be some...:P
