biggest dork EVER

deadlightsgirlYesterday was Aaron Sorkin's birthday.
So when I wrote in to wish him a happy, I said something about how we celebrated Frederic's 38th a coupla years ago.
He wrote back saying the year they give as Frederic's 21st wasn't actually a leap year since it was 1947, and then asked was he getting his lyrics wrong.
As it happens, he was - it is 1940 (everybody knows that).
I gave him the correct lyric, said yes, that was indeed a leap year, and then said I would retreat to the corner to work on my Biggest Dork In The Universe badge.
I also said that in a crazy world, it was a comfort to know that WS Gilbert got his dates and math right.
I just CORRECTED Aaron Sorkin on a Penzance lyric. Biggest. Dork. EVER.
