the craziness of this week
Jun. 21st, 2010 05:06 pm ...as my shot kicks in. Bless Gracie's heart for being the queen of awesome since getting home so I could deal with some of this -
- pack for camp without forgetting things
- have shot day
- colour my hair
- make gift bags for her Saturday party
- buy stuff for and make gift bags for her Friday party (this is new, her teacher's suggestion. Of course we'll do it, but it's one more thing)
- get cupcakes for Friday party
- clean the house and get it ready for Saturday party, includes buying fruity wine for ME
- get a form signed by her doctor
- sort out a prescription for me, which will involve calling the doctor and bugging him
- come up with shopping list for both birthday parties so mom can go to Costco on her own and I can clean the house
- get in one last kickboxing class Wednesday
I have already paid the bills, filled out the forms for Gracie's summer school, organised many of the above with mom (yay helpful mom), made a list of shit to remember to bring to camp...ugh, here comes the shot kicking in. No pain yet, just woozy. Maybe I have another hour before the pain starts...the super-advil is at the ready.
